Do all carers have specific training?

How do I hire a carer?
At Cuidabi we take care of selecting a carer according to the needs and personality of each person.
The family can choose to hire a professional contracted by Cuidabi or their own domestic employee. In the latter case, we take care of drawing up the contract, civil liability insurance and Social Security formalities. We also manage the monthly pay slips, mediate between the families and guarantee unlimited replacement if required.
Is there a possibility to hire an internal caregiver?
Absolutely yes. Although you must bear in mind that by law they must have 36 consecutive hours of rest.
We recommend that if continuous care is required, you opt for hiring two carers.
Another aspect you should bear in mind is that if they reside in your home, they should have their privacy in a private room.
Do you also work on public holidays?
Holidays are normally days off for employees, but it may be possible to agree with the caregiver that she will work on a separate paid basis.
